I believe in a hands-on approach to personal training. I do more than just show you what you need to do, I teach you. I believe I can motivate and guide you without having to yell at you, I might strongly encourage you, but never yell.

A big part of personal training is the connection between trainer and client. If we are having fun then you will relax and be more open and receptive. Anyone who has ever trained with me knows that I make the experience enjoyable, educational and i get the most out of you.

I have been doing this for long time and I understand how to motivate you and make you successful in obtaining your personal goals.

After leading a sedentary lifestyle through college and ballooning up to a whopping 210lbs, I decided to take control of my health and life by joining a health club. Immediately I fell in love with exercise and decided to pursue a career in health and fitness.

I am living proof that no goal is unreachable and that a properly formed and executed fitness plan can change your life.

Exercise shouldn't be a burden; it should be a rewarding part of your schedule. My workouts will push you to a point that you never thought you could achieve, while still having fun.

I have always been involved in sports and exercise. 5 years ago I developed a passion for exercise and body transformation. We only get one body so we need to take care of it.

I enjoy teaching people efficient methods of maximizing their workouts to achieve their desired benefits. I like to show my clients that they can get positive benefits from their exercise program at any age.

Exercise is fun; it is great for the body, mind and soul. Working out should not be a chore, it should be a way of life to keep you healthy.
